Casa Diora is a hidden gem in the beautiful city of Jeddah. The location was outstanding. The property was surrounded by excellent food outlets and restaurants and on the main road in An Naseem which was convenient for easy commute. The room, which was allocated was one the largest rooms, we have ever stayed in. The washroom was fantastic. The room was immaculately clean with beautiful city view. Whenever we asked for water or anything, the front desk and house keeping team were always responsive. The breakfast was okay, though not among the best. There was a beautiful fragrance all across the common space, which indicates the hotel's focus towards ambience. Whenever we called Uber to go somewhere, the car was available within 2 minutes. The hotel will certainly be our place of accomodation, whenever we visit Jeddah next time.

Walking area for many nearby resturants , cafes , like Tim Houton and half million...etc East access for taxis and uber due to near the main road, train station is 5 minutes by car. Views are beautiful on the main street. Breakfast buffet is great many selections. The resturant staff Miss Joana was very kind helpful and very professional. Gym facilites and swimming pool outdoor present which are good facilites. Reception front desk are the best , very helpful and welcoming and always smiling. nice to see daily

Everything was good. From the moment I arrived for check in until the check out. Good customer service staff - Basil was on reception. Muhammad Usman was the service staff. Smooth check in, pleasant staff, room and facilities were quite good and spacious, nice restaurant, great breakfast with good varieties matching good service. 10 out of 10 points from my side, expecting the staff to keep up the same level of service. My suggestion for hotel management, price is good. Do not increase.

Location is superb, room was big and very neat, beds super comfortable, interior decor was amazing, the staff were very welcoming, particularly the guy at the reception when we arrived ( i think his name is Al dossary ), he also allowed late checkout at 3pm. Breakfast was great. The rooms and living room also had separate AC controls. Describing this hotel as 3-star on booking.com is very funny and deceptive

Spacious rooms, cleanliness, friendly people work there, location near to cafes and restaurants, near to malls and everything, availability of toiletry, two small fridges available, quietness, parking floors, extra pillow and blanket in each room, nice GYM and swimming pool, and the hotel atmosphere is nice.
