Casa Diora Al Naseem

Spacious rooms, cleanliness, friendly people work there, location near to cafes and restaurants, near to malls and everything, availability of toiletry, two small fridges available, quietness, parking floors, extra pillow and blanket in each room, nice GYM and swimming pool, and the hotel atmosphere is nice.

Casa Diora is a hidden gem in the beautiful city of Jeddah. The location was outstanding. The property was surrounded by excellent food outlets and restaurants and on the main road in An Naseem which was convenient for easy commute. The room, which was allocated was one the largest rooms, we have ever stayed in. The washroom was fantastic. The room was immaculately clean with beautiful city view. Whenever we asked for water or anything, the front desk and house keeping team were always responsive. The breakfast was okay, though not among the best. There was a beautiful fragrance all across the common space, which indicates the hotel's focus towards ambience. Whenever we called Uber to go somewhere, the car was available within 2 minutes. The hotel will certainly be our place of accomodation, whenever we visit Jeddah next time.

Everything was good. From the moment I arrived for check in until the check out. Good customer service staff - Basil was on reception. Muhammad Usman was the service staff. Smooth check in, pleasant staff, room and facilities were quite good and spacious, nice restaurant, great breakfast with good varieties matching good service. 10 out of 10 points from my side, expecting the staff to keep up the same level of service. My suggestion for hotel management, price is good. Do not increase.

The room is spacious and is soundproof. The location is excellent. They have underground parking which is good especially during summer time. Many restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

There is a lot of choice for food for breakfast. Service is good. English is spoken. The room is big and clean. There are eateries and shops nearby.
